Thought for the week: God can use “this”! Whatever “this” is for you…God will use it somehow. Keep believing, keep trusting and don’t GIVE UP! He is praiseworthy and true, He is sovereign and He cares about YOU! He stands and knocks, let Him into whatever “this” is happening in your life…if He created the world out of nothing, imagine what He can do with your “this”.

Our Story
The founders, Domenic and Mary have been on a lifelong quest for peace on earth. They did not find it in their jobs, possessions nor relationships…they found it in Jesus Christ. Domenic and Mary are grateful to God for saving them so He could use them for His purposes.
Domenic grew up with a father who had a passion for cooking. He learned all he could from his dad and helped him in the family catering business. Unfortunately, his father left this earth at the young age of 44 but his legacy lives on through Domenic each time he steps into a kitchen. Domenic has always loved feeding people, mainly just family and friends…now he gets to feed a community!
Mary’s background in food comes from working at one of the most iconic restaurants in South Florida, Jaxson’s Ice Cream Parlor & Restaurant. Jaxson’s was founded by Monroe Udell in 1956 and it has been a South Florida landmark ever since. She worked there for 14 years—it was the perfect place for her to acquire all the tools she needs to help Domenic run Peace on Earth.
They pray that all who come to Peace on Earth feel the love they have in their hearts for God and for others. In the book of Matthew, chapter 22, Jesus says: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself.” They try their best to live by these words. Are they perfect? Not by any means…are they saved and set apart by God so that He can continue to work in them and change them to be more like Him, absolutely!

Lord, we give You all the glory, honor and praise that only You deserve. We thank You for the opportunity to come to You in prayer. We thank you for the Holy Spirit who gives us the words to pray. May we continue to bend our will to Yours, Lord. Help us to point others to You in every moment. We lift up anyone reading this prayer and we give them over to You to do as You will and we trust You to work all things for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose.
